Ohio man charged with sexually assaulting girl in Greene County
A 59-year-old Ohio man is facing charges he sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl.
State police in Waynesburg issued an arrest warrant for Harry William McCall of Aurora on Tuesday. He is charged with aggravated indecent assault, a felony, and indecent assault.
According to the affidavit of probable cause filed in his case, state police interviewed the girl at a hospital where a family member took her after she reported the assault. McCall allegedly assaulted the girl Nov. 24. When she tried to get away from him, police alleged, he pinned her against a wall and continued to assault her.
Police said the girl told McCall’s wife, who reportedly called her a liar. The girl called a family member, who took her to the hospital.
Charges were filed before Greene County Magisterial District Judge D. Glenn Bates.
