Resisting arrest: Matthew Fehling, 35, of 102 Dogwood Lane, Prosperity, was charged with resisting arrest, institutional vandalism, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after Cumberland Township police said he broke the partition in the back of a police cruiser and damaged a door handle after officers arrested him when they found him intoxicated shortly after midnight Sunday. Police said he also used offensive language toward nurses and patients while at WHS-Greene hospital.
PERRY
DUI crash: Christopher J. Cosgray, 47, of Morgantown, W.Va., was charged with driving under the influence following a two-vehicle crash Thursday night in Perry Township, state police said. Cosgray was driving north on Wades Run Road near Buckeye Road shortly before 7 p.m. when police said he crossed the centerline and struck a southbound pickup truck driven by Lori A. Smith, 51, of Mt. Morris, before his vehicle rolled over. Neither driver was injured in the crash, police said.
