Theft alleged: Virginia Marian Richie, 28, of 874 Route 906, Webster, is charged by Charleroi Regional police with theft, receiving stolen property, reckless endangerment and drug possession, court records show. Police accuse Richie of stealing seven doses of Lyrica from a resident of Davenport Hall personal care home, 321 Washington Ave., in thefts discovered Jan. 11 and reported Friday. The resident reportedly needed to be treated at a hospital for symptoms related to her not being given the medications she needed. District Judge Larry Hopkins issued the charges Friday in a summons.
Woman charged: Kimberly Snyder, 24, of 1102 Lincoln Ave., Charleroi, is charged by Charleroi Regional police with trespassing and loitering over accusations she went inside the 308 Meadow Ave. residence of her former boyfriend, Richard McKita, about 12:45 a.m. Jan. 5, court records show. District Judge Larry Hopkins signed a warrant Thursday for her arrest.

Man jailed: David John Alexander, 29, of 300 Washington Ave., Charleroi, was charged by Charleroi Regional police with possessing heroin paraphernalia when a state constable served an unrelated warrant on him about 9:50 a.m. Tuesday at a business at 3 Arentzen Boulevard, court records show. Alexander was placed in Washington County jail on the warrant and $25,000 bond set by District Judge Larry Hopkins.
