Terroristic threats: Virginia Mae Stanley, 18, of Dunbar, was charged with terroristic threats, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and harassment after Waynesburg police said she was shouting obscenities and threatening to kill her ex-boyfriend outside 35 S. Richhill St. in the borough about 9 p.m. Wednesday. She was arraigned Thursday morning by District Judge Glenn Bates and is being held at the Greene County jail on $5,000 percentage bond.
