Waynesburg woman charged with ramming car into estranged husband’s truck
A Waynesburg woman is facing charges for allegedly using her vehicle to ram into her estranged husband’s truck while his girlfriend was sitting inside it.
Staci Jo Huggins, 45, of 407 Mountain View Gardens, arrived at the residence of her husband, Terry Lane Huggins, 283 Hoy Hill Road, Center Township, about 12:20 p.m. May 25. State police said Terry’s girlfriend, Heather Dawn St. Clair, was at the residence at the time.
St. Clair told police that when Staci Huggins arrived and started to argue with Terry Huggins, she entered the passenger side of Huggins’ truck to avoid the argument. Police said Staci Huggins used her vehicle to ram into the truck while St. Clair was inside before fleeing the scene.
Police did not say if St. Clair was injured, but they said the impact moved the parked truck about 10 feet and caused damage to the front bumper.
Staci Jo Huggins was charged Friday with recklessly endangering another person, simple assault, criminal mischief, harassment and disorderly conduct.
