Greene County man charged with ramming vehicle with woman inside
A Greene County man was behind bars after he allegedly rammed a vehicle with a tri-axle truck while a woman was inside, and tried to hit her when she ran out of the vehicle.
State police arrested Paul A. Good, 44, of Good Hill Road in Prosperity for the alleged incident at Hoy’s Construction on Rolling Hill Road in Franklin Township about 7:30 p.m. Thursday.
According to the affidavit of probable cause filed in his case, the altercation started as an argument between Good and Susan Good. Police did not identify whether the two are related.
Ray Stewart reported the incident to state police, saying his garage, tri-axle construction truck and construction service truck were damaged.
Surveillance footage reportedly showed the Goods arguing and Paul Good climbing into the tri-axle truck, ramming the woman’s into the garage. He allegedly tried to strike Susan Good with the tri-axle truck when she fled, according to state police.
He is charged with aggravated assault, criminal mischief, simple assault and reckless endangerment. He was arraigned Thursday morning before Greene County Magisterial District Judge D. Glenn Bates and lodged in Greene County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bond. His preliminary hearing is tentatively scheduled for 10:30 a.m. March 19 before Bates.
