Drug charges: Eric W. Johnson, 30, of Washington was charged by the county drug task force with drug delivery and possessing drug paraphernalia. He was charged on Monday at the office of District Judge Robert Redlinger.

Vandalism alleged: David T. Galiffa, 31, faces a charge of criminal mischief stemming from a report to police that he threw a brick at a woman’s car windshield on Jan. 21 causing $812 in damage.
