FRANKLIN

Single-car crash: State police said Rachel M. Thistlethwaite, 38, of Waynesburg, was uninjured when she crashed into a utility pole on Elm Drive in Franklin Township shortly after 6 p.m. Sunday.

Crash: Donald J. Teegarden, 59, of Waynesburg, avoided injury when state police said he crashed into an embankment along Route 218 in Franklin Township about 7:45 p.m. Sunday.

MORGAN

Burglary charge: Kerri Marie Christy, 28, of Clarksville, was arrested by state police after troopers said she entered a vacant residence in Morgan Township shortly before midnight Thursday and stole a pillow. Police said she entered by removing screws from the bracket around a basement door, but was caught by troopers while inside. Christy, who was charged with burglary, criminal trespassing, theft and criminal mischief, is free on $15,000 unsecured bond.

MORRIS

Tools stolen: Nearly $7,500 worth of tools and equipment was stolen between March 2 and 4 after someone broke the rear window in a Pipeline Systems Inc. pickup truck that was parked in the 200 block of Valley Church Road in Morris Township, state police said.
