Fire in North Strabane Township
North Strabane Township fire department responded to a fire at 479 Springdale Road that slightly damaged the home Monday.
No one was injured in the 3:10 p.m. blaze, which began outside while contractors were performing work on the exterior of the home, according to assistant fire chief Richard Yosi.
The interior of the home was not seriously damaged.
Assisting were Canonsburg, Peters Township and Washington fire departments.
