CARMICHAELS

Access device fraud charge: Amanda Marie Lawrence, 40, of 613 Speers Ave., Charleroi, was charged March 5 with access device fraud and theft after state police said she used her company’s credit card from ISM Services in Carmichaels to pay $1,155 for her court case out of Westmoreland County. Lawrence told state police she accidentally used the company credit card to make separate payments in December and January.

CUMBERLAND

Terroristic threats: Tia Beer, 23, of 29 Route 21 Mobile Home Park, Carmichaels, and Jacinda Miller, 21, of 115 Monongahela Ave., Rices Landing, were charged Friday with terroristic threats and criminal mischief after Cumberland Township police said they smashed the screen door window of a home at 168 Kovalchecks Road in the township and threatened the resident Feb. 24.
