Small business workshop set Wednesday in Monaca
The Pittsburgh office of the Small Business Administration is teaming up with Duquesne University Small Business Development Center for a workshop that will run from 8 a.m. to noon Wednesday at the Penn State Beaver Campus in Monaca.
Proven Strategies for Growth is targeted for small business owners, who will hear regional industry figures provide information on contracting, exporting and financing. The workshop is free, but registration is encouraged.
Participants will include David Pinkosky of the SBA; Brent Rondon of Duquesne U.; Tim McLaughlin, 321Blink; Heather Thomas, Huntington Bank; Ryan Lockhart, the 504 Company; Ed Nemeth, Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission; Art Tintori, Catalyst Connection; and Johnna Pro, state Department of Community and Economic Development.
