MORGAN
Drug charges: James William Black, 30, of 256 Bowser Road, Clarksville, was charged last week with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, four counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and three counts of child endangerment after state police said he was found with methamphetamine in his Morgan Township home Feb. 20 while three children were there.
WAYNESBURG
Prowling charge: Andrew Knight, 27, of Cameron, W.Va., was charged with loitering and prowling at night after Waynesburg police said he was seen rummaging for items around a property at 330 E. Lincoln St. shortly before 8 p.m. Wednesday.
Theft charge: Rachel Marie John, 40, of 197 E. Greene St., Waynesburg, was charged with theft last week after Waynesburg police said she used a woman’s bank card to charge $260 in car repairs at a mechanic’s shop in the borough on Feb. 25.
