CHARLEROI
Assault alleged: Kayla Dickerson, 21, of 602 Fifth St., Charleroi, is charged by Charleroi Regional police with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct, court records show. Police accuse Dickerson of spitting on and slapping Jody Gramble several times about 5:15 p.m. Tuesday in the 900 block of McKean Avenue. District Judge Larry Hopkins issued the charges Wednesday in a summons.
MONESSEN
Gun charges: Jennifer Lynn Scott, 35, of 1175 Graham Ave., Monessen, is charged by city police with possession a firearm with an altered manufacturer’s number, carrying a firearm without a license and corruption of minors stemming from a traffic stop about 2:15 p.m. Dec. 29 in the 1700 block of Grand Avenue, court records show. Police accuse her of having an AK-47 and a loaded handgun within reach of two boys in her vehicle. A senior district judge issued the charges Wednesday in a summons.
Mother charged: Crystal Koschalk, 30, of 1004 Second St., Monessen, is charged by city police with endangering the welfare of a child over allegations she failed to notify police her young son was missing, court records show. Police said the 5-year-old child had wandered to the city’s downtown, where a passing motorist found the boy about 5:30 p.m. May 10. A senior district judge issued the charge Wednesday in a summons.
Man wanted: Tyleek Lee Hill, 20, of 629 10th St., Monessen, is charged by city police with stalking, harassment and criminal mischief, court records show. Police accuse Hill of repeatedly harassing Miah Grogan and throwing a rock through a window of her residence in the 900 block of Locust Street about 3 p.m. Monday. A senior district judge signed a warrant Tuesday for Hill’s arrest.
NORTH CHARLEROI
Man jailed: John J. Kossar, 48, of 704 Conrad Ave., North Charleroi, is charged by the Washington County sheriff’s office with resisting arrest when deputies served him with warrants about 6:25 a.m. May 10 at his residence, court records show. He was placed in Washington County Jail on $25,000 bail set Wednesday by District Judge Larry Hopkins.
