Drug case: Brittany Ann Sicchitano, 23, of 307 Oliver Ave., Bentleyville, is charged by borough police with drug possession with intent to deliver, drug possession, theft and possession of drug paraphernalia stemming from a traffic stop about 12:10 a.m. Jan. 15 at Washington and Main streets, court records show. Police accuse her of selling portions of her Suboxone prescription and stealing a wallet containing $100 from a resident of a personal care home. District Judge Curtis Thompson signed a warrant Tuesday for her arrest.

Assault alleged: Sara M. Wright, 27, of Donora, was charged with simple assault, flight to avoid apprehension and harassment by borough police. According to a police report, Wright left red marks on the left side of a man’s ribcage about 1 a.m. Monday at 102 Green St., California. Police said Wright left the scene and police were called.
MONONGAHELA
Two charged: Todd E. Walker, 39, of 1023 Fourth St., Monongahela, is charged by city police with simple assault and criminal mischief stemming from an incident Sunday that also involved Valerie Ann Bobro, 43, of 319 Second St., Monongahela, who faces charges of propulsion of a missile and simple assault, court records show. Walker is accused of punching Bobro and slamming her head into a parked car after he accused her of throwing a stone that hit his helmet while he drove a motorcycle about 7 p.m. at Church and Second streets. District Judge Mark Wilson issued the charges Tuesday by summons.
