Alleged stabbing: A warrant was issued for the arrest of Brian Lyon II, 37, of 220 Vine St., Monongahela, who is charged with attempted homicide, aggravated assault, flight to avoid apprehension, possession of an instrument of crime and harassment. According to the criminal complaint, Lyon stabbed Melvin Gray about 5:30 a.m. Sept. 23 at a home on Dolly Lane. Gray had lacerations on the back of his neck, back and chest. Lyon fled the scene in a sedan before police arrived.
