SWPA to upgrade system in Jefferson

Southwestern Pennsylvania Water Authority will shut off water in Jefferson on Pine and Hill streets and Acklin Row from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday to upgrade the system. Customers may experience low or no water pressure during the upgrade.
