Pennsylvania State Police arrested Dylan Lesnik in connection with the stabbing death of a man in Coal Center.

According to information from the office of Washington County District Attorney Eugene Vittone, police responded to 135 Spring Street yesterday afternoon to a report of a man bleeding. On arrival, they found Marshal Y. Craig, 27, dead of apparent stab wounds. Mr. Craig’s vehicle was missing.

Investigators learned that Lesnik, another resident of the same apartment building was wanted in connection with an aggravated assault involving a knife earlier this week.

Police located Lesnik in Fayette County. Police questioned Lesnik and determined that sufficient evidence existed to charge Lesnik with criminal homicide, theft and abuse of a corpse.

State police and the Southwest Regional Police Department continue to investigate and request anyone with information to contact state police at 724-929-6262.
