Correction
An article and headline in the Feb. 1 edition about appellate rulings affecting two lawsuits involving parish mergers in the Mon Valley incorrectly identified the court that issued the rulings. It was the Commonwealth Court.
The Breakfast Serials page published Jan. 28 incorrectly identified the question of the week winner. The actual winner was Alexa Williams, a third-grader at Burgettstown Area Elementary Center.
