CHARLEROI

Assaults alleged: James O. Hillen, 61, of 1211 McKean Ave., Charleroi, and Charles William Ryan, 48, of 630 Geary St., Monongahela, are each charged by Charleroi Regional police with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct, court records show. The charges stem from a call police received about 8:20 p.m. Sunday about a fight at Hillen’s residence. District Judge Eric Glenn Porter issued the charges Monday in summons.
