Arson: A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Timothy Lee Black, 29, of 116 Parkview Knoll Road, Cumberland Township. He was charged with arson, criminal mischief, rising catastrophe and reckless endangerment by township police Wednesday. According to the criminal complaint, on Feb. 7, Black set fire to clothes in a paper inside an apartment building in the 200 block of Parkview Knoll Road. When police arrived, the fire was out and the burnt items were outside the building.
