Crash claims life of Charleroi man

A two-vehicle crash early Saturday in Allegheny County claimed the life of a Charleroi man.

The Allegheny County medical examiner’s office identified the victim as Reyon Harris, 21.

Harris was taken to UPMC-Mercy hospital, Pittsburgh, following the 5:14 a.m. crash in the 4000 block of Route 51 in Baldwin Borough, the medical examiner’s office said.

He was pronounced dead at 2:30 p.m. Saturday in the hospital.

The cause and manner of his death are pending further investigation.
