ROSCOE

Man charged: Gary William Hoover, 62, of 35 Horseshoe Drive, Roscoe, is charged by state police with obstruction, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct, court records show. Police accuse Hoover of interfering with an overdose death investigation at a house he owns at 24 Horseshoe Drive about 4:45 p.m. Tuesday. Police filed the charges Thursday before District Judge Eric Glenn Porter.
