Man charged: David A. Rugg, 65, of 215 Headley Road, Amwell Township, is charged by state police with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, sexual assault, indecent assault and corruption of minors, court records show. Police accuse him of having inappropriate sexual contact with an 8-year-old girl on several occasions in his home between March and August 2020. He is free on $50,000 bond set Tuesday by District Judge Ethan T. Ward.
