North Franklin Township to pave roads
North Franklin Township supervisors awarded a nearly $300,000 contract Tuesday to complete a road reconstruction and resurfacing project.
A bid by Alex E. Paris Contracting Co. of Atlasburg was accepted by the supervisors to complete more than two miles of McElree Road, along with Webb, Hazlett and West Canyon Drives and Farabee Street, said Bob Sabot, chairman of township supervisors.
These projects are separate from those being done by Alex Paris for Columbia Gas.
