National Weather Service issues warning for Fayette, Greene and Washington Counties

The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a hazardous weather outlook for western Pa., including Greene and Washington Counties and parts of Fayette County.

Strong winds could cause damage in the region today and tonight. There’s a chance of severe thunderstorms before 5 p.m. today.

There’s a chance for thunderstorms during the late afternoon tomorrow. Tomorrow’s high is expected to reach 93 with a heat index of 102.
