Federal, state, county and many municipal offices will be closed today in observance of the Christmas holiday. Some of the municipal offices will remain closed through Monday.
Financial markets will be closed today.
There will be no mail delivery tomorrow.
Sunday’s Observer-Reporter will be published and distributed tomorrow but there will be no E and F sections included.
