CANONSBURG

Man jailed: Jeffrey B. Hymson, 53, of 415 Franklin Ave., Canonsburg, is charged by borough police with endangering the welfare of a child, simple assault and harassment, court records show. Police accuse him of pushing a girl to the floor, holding her down and punching her twice in the head about 5:15 p.m. Sunday in his residence. District Judge James Saieva Jr. sent Hymson to Washington County jail on $25,000 bond.
