Assault alleged: A warrant is out for the rest of Latayah Terae Tom, 24, of 1240 Highland Ave., Monessen. She is charged by Monessen police with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and simple assault. According to police, at about 7:15 a.m. Sept. 13, Tom got into a fight with a woman and swung a knife at her. Police said Tom was also armed with a taser.
