A commercial vehicle accident closed Interstate 70 in both directions in Westmoreland County Tuesday morning.

According to Rostraver Central Fire Department, the accident occurred near exit 42 in North Belle Vernon. Fluids were leaking from the truck, and no injuries were reported.

State police said a dump truck got stuck on the Jersey barrier, and that there were multiple accidents in the same area.

One lane has since opened up in each direction. As of 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, emergency crews were still trying to remove the truck from the barrier. The fast lanes remain closed in both directions.

North Belle Vernon Fire Department also responded to the accident.
