Katie Unger-Chipps, executive director of Leadership Washington County, left, was awarded the 2022 Washington County ATHENA Leadership Award at an awards banquet at the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh/Southpointe Thursday. Unger-Chipps was joined on stage by Renee Morales, public affairs manager at Crown Castle and emcee of the awards ceremony. In its 19th year, the award honors women’s business leadership.
