The Washington County coroner’s office is seeking information on Stephanie A. Clark, whose last-known residence was South Main Street in Washington (Amwell Township).

She was born March 16, 1952, and died May 10. 

She previously lived in Washington, Canonsburg and Warren County, Ohio.
