Church pig roast and car show to benefit Life Changing Service Dogs for Veterans

Thomas Presbyterian Church will host its annual pig roast and classic car show on Sunday, Aug. 19, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the church, 1068 Linden Rd., Eighty Four. Proceeds from the event will benefit Life Changing Service Dogs for Veterans of Pittsburgh. 

Food tickets cost $12 for adults and $10 for children ages 4 to 10, and includes pork sandwich, hamburger or hot dog, baked beans, corn, cole slaw, dessert, and a beverage. 

At least 100 classic cars are expected, and dash plaques will be given to the first 100 cars. Live entertainment and a basket raffle will be provided.
