Waynesburg man indicted on drug charges by grand jury
A Waynesburg man was arrested last week on drug charges following an indictment from a grand jury in Pittsburgh.
According to a press release from the Department of Justice, Johnathan Fannon, 32, was charged with two felonies for possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.
According to the DOJ, Fannon is accused of being in possession of more than 40 grams of fentanyl and 50 grams of methamphetamine in November 2021.
If convicted, Fannon faces a minimum of five years in prison, a maximum of 40 years, and a fine of up to $5,000,000.
