Local municipalities or organizations that wish to have trick-or-treat details published in the Observer-Reporter may email them to newsroom@observer-reporter.com.

The newspaper will publish a list of those submitted periodically throughout the month.

Emailed submissions should include the date, times and locations, as well as any instructions for residents who wish to hand out treats.
