Charitable award donated to WHS Foundation
Mindy Zatta of IronBridge Wealth Counsel LLC has donated a $2,000 Invest in Others grant that she received for making a difference through charitable work to Washington Health System Foundation.
Zatta said she chose WHSF as her charity of choice “because I know the impact that is made on our patients through many initiatives, such as the Patient Assistance Fund.”
Zatta was among five Osaic financial advisers who received an Invest in Others Award from the nonprofit. She serves as vice-chair of the WHSF board, chair of the investment committee and serves on the 1897 Society Major Giving Committee.
The donation will be used for the health system’s greatest needs. Currently, that includes the Patient Assistance Fund, which offsets the cost of transportation, medication and clothing for patients in need.
Zatta was recognized at the 17th annual Invest in Others Awards Gala in Boston last month, where more than $700,000 was awarded to charities across the nation and internationally.
