Garden club to meet
The Martha Washington Garden Club will meet at noon Sept. 26 at Laboratory Presbyterian Church, 33 Manse St., Washington.

Jack Hughes, retired meteorologist, will speak, sharing his knowledge and experience broadcasting the weather.
A light lunch will be served.
