Child endangerment: Brianna Beck, 28, of Rillton, Pa., is charged by California police with driving under the influence and endangering the welfare of children. According to the criminal complaint, police pulled Beck over shortly before 10 p.m. Friday at the intersection of High Point Drive and Sloan Lane. Witnesses reported seeing Beck’s vehicle stopped on the side of Elco Road. According to the complaint, Beck got in the driver’s seat and drove away when the witnesses attempted to inspect the vehicle. Police said Beck’s 1-month-old infant was in the backseat. Beck was described in court documents as being highly intoxicated. District Judge Kelly Stewart sent her to the Washington County jail on $100,000 bond.

HANOVER

Assault alleged: Joseph Hagerty, 37, of Pittsburgh, is charged by Hanover Township police with aggravated assault, simple assault and disorderly conduct. According to the criminal complaint, Hagerty tried to access an area Saturday night at The Pavilion at Star Lake he did not have tickets for, and fought with security guards. Hanover police attempted to take him into custody, but Hagerty is accused of resisting officers, court documents state. Police said multiple officers and security guards were injured during the altercation. District Judge Kelly Stewart sent him to the Washington County jail on $100,000 bond.
