Washington County is holding a Real Estate Expo early next year that organizers hope will become a premier event aimed at promoting regional growth and showcasing the unique opportunities available in the area.
The inaugural event will be held from 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. March 12 at Washington and Jefferson College and include numerous industry experts, along with HGTV personality Hilary Farr.
This all-day event will highlight the benefits of living, working and investing in Washington County. Real estate professionals, developers, corporate leaders and community stakeholders are being invited to attend and explore how they can engage with the county’s vision for the future.
Farr, who is an internationally renowned designer and co-host of “Love It or List It,” which airs on HGTV, is the keynote speaker of the event. In addition to Farr’s appearance, there will be presentations by the Washington County commissioners, the Redevelopment Authority of the County of Washington, NAIOP Chairman Brian Walker and various leading industry experts. Key topics will include infrastructure, education, redevelopment initiatives and the cost advantages of living and doing business in Washington County.
