Dick’s Sporting Goods is preparing the site of its new location in the Old Mill shopping center in South Strabane Township. The business will be moving out of the nearby Strabane Square. Township Manager Jeff Ziegler said Dick’s had the site plans approved last year, but the company has yet to submit a building permit to begin construction on the new store.
