The Pennsylvania Game Commission charged three men Wednesday with killing about a dozen deer out of season.

Ezra Lee McClelland, 20; Julian Scott Marth, 20; and Grant Bamberger, 19, each face 20 felonies for the killing of big game.

According to the criminal complaint, around 3 a.m. Dec. 9 the three men killed nine whitetail deer in Amwell, Morris and North Franklin townships.

On Dec. 17, 12 more deer were killed in Amwell, Morris and Blaine townships.

McClelland, Marth and Bamberger allegedly drove around with a spotlight and shot at deer from the vehicle.

The men have not been arraigned on the charges.
