Coaches reach tentative contract agreement
Coaches at Pennsylvania’s state system universities including PennWest California, Edinboro and Clarion have reached a tentative agreement in contract negotiations on a four-year deal.
The agreement for the Association of Pennsylvania State College and University Faculties (APSCUF) coaches runs through June 30, 2027.
Details will be released after ratification and approval of the deal is complete. The ratification is expected to begin soon, with coaches voting on the tentative agreement during the spring semester.
The previous contract expired June 30, 2023. By law, it remains in effect until a new collective bargaining agreement is released.
The tentative agreement comes on the heels of one reached with APSCUF faculty members earlier this week.
APSCUF represents about 5,000 faculty and coaches at the state system’s 14 campuses
