Charleroi Council passed a budget for 2026 that does not include a tax increase.

The spending plan was approved Monday as council reconvened its Dec. 10 meeting. Each of the six members of council participating in the meeting approved the budget. Councilman Larry Celaschi was not in attendance.

The budget lists revenues at $4,091,705.50 and expenses at $3,871,499.60.
