No injuries reported in fires
No one was injured when two fires were reported at roughly the same time early Monday morning.
According to a Washington County 911 supervisor, at about 1:45 a.m. emergency crews were called to 124 Walnut Road in Mt. Pleasant Township for a reported chimney fire.
When firefighters arrived the fire had spread to the attic.
Less than 15 minutes later, a house fire was reported at 1010 Midway Candor Road in Robinson Township, according to 911. All occupants were safely evacuated from the home.
It was not immediately clear if residents were able to return home or if the American Red Cross had been contacted.
According to 911, the state police fire marshal was called to investigate both fires.
