Construction crews work Friday afternoon to install a new roof onto the former water company building along Franklin Farms Road in North Franklin.

The township took ownership of the building and land from Pennsylvania American Water Co. in 2017 in order to construct the new municipal offices on the neighboring property.

The township is now working to convert the 125-year-old brick building into a three-season pavilion that can be used by the community.
