Four charged in Monongahela bar fight

Monongahela police charged four men Friday in connection with a bar fight last month.
According to court records, shortly before 11 p.m. Sept. 20 police were called to the Drunken Hippie at 131 W. Main St.
Charged in the case are Jeremiah William Demoss, 34, of Stockdale; Craig Lee Pieri Sowers, 36, of Charleroi; Jonathan Michael Lexie, 39, of Monongahela; and Andrew Stephen Armstrong, 25, of Monessen.
According to the criminal complaints, Justin and Nancy Pusateri, owners of the Drunken Hippie, told officers the group arrived at the bar and headed straight to the outside deck to confront another customer.
Charging documents state the four men were lunging at and shoving the victim.
The owners broke up the fight and escorted the men out of the bar. On the way out, Lexie turned around and hit Nancy Pusateri in the neck, court paperwork states.
All four men are charged with felonies of riot with intent to commit a felony and a count of conspiracy. They also face misdemeanors of terroristic threats and disorderly conduct.
There are active warrants for the arrests of the men.
