Pennsylvania Department of Transportation District 12 Executive Rachel Duda presents a certificate of appreciation to Loraine Dellaria for her participation in the Adopt-a-Highway program. Dellaria and her husband, Frank, are one of the longest running Adopt-a-Highway teams in Washington County, with the couple picking up litter at multiple locations across Washington County, including Route 18 in South Franklin Township, for the past 32 years.
