Pennsylvania Department of Transportation District 12 Executive Rachel Duda presents a certificate of appreciation to Loraine Dellaria for her participation in the Adopt-a-Highway program. Dellaria and her husband, Frank, are one of the longest running Adopt-a-Highway teams in Washington County, with the couple picking up litter at multiple locations across Washington County, including Route 18 in South Franklin Township, for the past 32 years. PennDOT partnered with state police and the Washington Wild Things to encourage the public to join the effort to be litter-free in Pennsylvania. [Courtesy of PennDOT]
