Penn Highlands Mon Valley shifts parking due to garage demo
Due to the ongoing demolition of the parking garage at Penn Highlands Mon Valley, patient and visitor parking will be temporarily shifted beginning Monday, Aug. 17.
The parking lot adjacent to the Anthony M. Lombardi Education Conference Center will be closed to all patient and visitor traffic. The lot is expected to be closed for no more than three weeks.
The circle in front of the conference center will remain open for patient drop-off and pick-ups.
Parking will be available in the rear of the hospital for patients and visitors. Individuals arriving at the hospital should make a left turn at the four-way stop at the entrance to the campus and continue to the lot behind the hospital.
Hospital operations, emergency services and patient care continue to remain fully open and uninterrupted throughout the demolition process.
