Fayette County man accused of statutory sexual assault
A Fairchance man allegedly had a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old girl over a two-and-a-half-month period and also shared drugs with her.
Neal Wilson, 25, told police he had been sexually active with the girl starting in November and continuing up to the time officers interviewed him on Monday, according to his criminal complaint.
Court documents indicated officers learned of the allegations last week from the girl’s father while responding to calm down an altercation between him and his daughter.
When talking with police on Friday, the girl said she and Wilson had also consumed alcohol, smoked marijuana and used methamphetamine together at various locations, including Wilson’s home and the Fairchance Community Park, the complaint said.
Wilson is charged with statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault and corruption of minors. His bail was set at $100,000.
A preliminary hearing before District Judge Richard Kasunic is scheduled for Jan. 28.
