Bentworth High School holds commencement
Bentworth High School held its commencement on May 28 in the high school gymnasium, with 87 students graduating.
Valedictorian was Corbin McMurray, and Elaina Nuccetelli was salutatorian.
Corbin is the son of Adam and Sherry McMurray.
He achieved the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America, and was named Lions Club Boy of the Year.
Corbin was a member of the National Honor Society, Varsity Club vice president, Senior Council, Student Council, Leo Club, and STEM Club. He played soccer, golf, basketball, and track and field, and was a 4-H member.
He plans to attend Penn State University, where he will major in electrical engineering.
Elaina is the daughter of Gary and Vicki Nuccetelli.
She was vice president of the National Honor Society, a member of the junior, senior, and student councils, and a member of the SWE Club and the Leo Club.
Elaina was drum major in the marching band in 2025-26, and was a member of the marching band and concert band. She participated in Bentworth High School musicals.
She plans to attend Seton Hill University to major in data science.
