Hanover Township police charge two following concert
Hanover Township police charged two people with felony assault in separate incidents following a concert at The Pavilion at Star Lake Saturday.
Logan Hunter Williams, 24, of Weirton, W.Va., was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, harassment and resisting arrest. Michelle Baker, 50, of Irwin, was charged with aggravated assault, obstruction and resisting arrest.
Both were arrested during Saturday’s Luke Bryan concert.
According to court records, at about 9:30 p.m., Williams punched a man in the face. Charging documents do not identify the male victim, whose nose was reportedly broken. The criminal complaint also accuses Williams of pushing the man’s wife and 10-year-old child during the altercation.
According to the complaint, police used a Taser on Williams after he resisted while being taken into custody.
A separate complaint against Baker states that shortly before 11 p.m., police told a crowd of people to leave a restricted area at the concert venue.
Charging documents accuse Baker of refusing to leave and striking an officer with an open hand.
Williams was arraigned Sunday morning before District Judge John Bruner, who sent him to the Washington County jail on $30,000 bond.
Bruner released Baker on $10,000 unsecured bond following her Sunday morning arraignment.
